Shops, custom applications, complex booking systems, photography, copywriting, translation, and additional content are quoted separately.

Yes. Care, Care Plus, and Partner all include commercial hosting. The $180 annual Hosting plan is for clients who do not need monthly content edits.
The target begins on the scheduled start date after the deposit, required access, and complete approved content have arrived. Delayed content or new requests move the timeline.
A revision round is one collected set of changes to work already included in the package. New pages, new features, and a change in direction are quoted as additional work.
No. Your domain, email accounts, and paid third-party apps stay in your name and are billed separately. I can help connect them without taking ownership away from you.
Your domain and business accounts remain yours. Once the build is paid in full, ownership of the agreed final website deliverables transfers to you. If you leave Studiolittle hosting, I can provide a source export within ten business days; migration work is quoted separately.
Monthly care plans can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. If you cancel an annual Hosting plan, unused full months are refunded. Any unpaid website build balance or approved extra work remains due.
It is the time in which I will acknowledge and assess a support request during business days. It is not a guaranteed resolution time or 24/7 emergency support.
Yes. English and French implementation is available when you provide approved copy in both languages. Translation and legal language review are separate services.
